1. Nature of the Service (Digital Goods)
FlatPackCNC.com provides digital design templates and vector cutting plans (AutoCAD R12 DXF, SVG, and PDF formats) designed for CNC router fabrication. When purchasing from this store, you are acquiring digital downloadable computer files, NOT pre-cut physical wooden furniture, lumber, or hardware.
2. Intellectual Property & File Resale Prohibition
All design files, vector geometry, interlocking slot systems, and technical documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of Sintornillo Studio. You may never resell, re-distribute, sub-license, share, bundle, or upload the digital files (DXF, SVG, PDF) to any file-sharing website, digital marketplace (such as Etsy, Gumroad, eBay), or public forum.

3. Workshop Safety & Machine Liability Disclaimer
Operating CNC routers, industrial spindle tooling, and power tools carries inherent workshop risks. While all our vector plans have been cut and tested in production workshops, you are solely responsible for:
- Verifying actual sheet goods thickness with calipers (due to commercial plywood manufacturing tolerances).
- Setting appropriate feeds, speeds, toolpath holding tabs, and step-downs for your specific machine and cutter diameter.
- Wearing proper personal protective equipment (eye and hearing protection, dust collection).
FlatPackCNC.com and Sintornillo Studio shall not be held liable for any tool breakage, wasted materials, mechanical damage, or personal injuries incurred during physical fabrication.
4. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by international commercial e-commerce standards and intellectual property treaties. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably through our support channel at support@flatpackcnc.com.
