1. Digital Download Sales Policy
Because our products are irrevocable, instant-access digital computer files (AutoCAD DXF, SVG, and PDF packages delivered immediately upon checkout), all sales are generally final once the download links or files have been accessed.
2. When We Gladly Issue 100% Full Refunds
We stand behind the engineering quality of our CNC vectors. We will issue a prompt 100% full refund under the following verified circumstances within 14 days of purchase:
If you accidentally purchased the same digital plan twice during the checkout process.
If a technical file is corrupted, missing vectors, or unreadable by standard CAD software and our support team cannot resolve it within 24 hours.
3. Circumstances Not Eligible for Refund
- Buyer assumed the product was a physical wooden piece of furniture shipped by mail (our product pages, cart, and footer explicitly state these are digital vector cut files).
- Buyer lacks access to a CNC router machine or CAM software (such as Vectric Aspire, VCarve, Fusion 360, etc.).
- Change of mind after successful file download.
How to Request Support or Refund
Send an email to support@flatpackcnc.com with your Order Reference Number (e.g. FP-123456) and a brief description of the issue. Our support team reviews all requests within 24 business hours.
