Shop-Ready Vector Geometry & Tolerances
Every vector in this plan is pre-calibrated for CNC router machining. Polylines are 100% closed, corners include internal tool dogbones, and slots are offset for real-world plywood thickness.

Zero open loops or duplicate overlapping nodes. Ready to generate 2D profile toolpaths immediately without spending hours joining vectors.
All 90° internal corners include pre-drawn tool relief fillets for 4mm (5/32") and 6mm (1/4") end mills. Parts slot flush with zero manual chisel work.
Calibrated with a +0.10 mm offset for standard 15mm commercial sheet goods (ranging 14.8 to 15.2 mm). Delivers a tight friction-fit that locks securely without hardware.
Tested and verified across Vectric Aspire, VCarve Pro/Desktop, Autodesk Fusion 360, ArtCAM, Carbide Create, and LightBurn.
Workshop & CAD Specifications
All parts slide into friction-fit interlocking slots. Zero fasteners, bolts, or complex hardware required.
Workshop & CAM Cutting Notes
All vector files already include pre-drawn dogbone corner fillets in every inside slot. You do not need to manually add fillets in your CAM software—import into Vectric or Fusion 360 and generate toolpaths right away.
Plywood sheets can vary between 14.8mm to 15.3mm (or 0.58" to 0.60"). We recommend measuring your physical sheet with digital calipers before cutting. Slot offsets can be adjusted with standard vector offset tools in VCarve / Aspire.
